Barbecue Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (1- to 2-pound) roast beef, cooked

1 cup “juice” from roast

2/3 cup onion, chopped

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

2 tablespoons white vinegar

11/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

11/2 tablespoons prepared mustard

1/4 cup brown sugar
-
11/2 cups ketchup

Eight sandwich buns

INSTRUCTIONS |
Sauté onion in butter until tender. In another dish shred cooked roast beef. Add remaining ingredients to onions and simmer 1/2 hour. Add beef and cook 1/2 hour at medium heat. Serve on toasted buns. Yield: Eight sandwiches. |
