INGREDIENTS |
- 2 (16-ounce) cans pear slices, drained

4 green onions, chopped

4 small green chili peppers

6 tablespoons fresh parsley

4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons honey
-
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Chop mixture until it's chunky. Yield: Two pints. Note: This is great with fish dishes! |
