BBQ Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS |
- 4 boneless pork chops

1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce
-
1/3 cup honey
-
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
-
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
-
Dash of hot pepper sauce

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and hot pepper sauce in a small bowl. On grill, place pork chops over direct heat above medium-hot coals. Grill chops for four to five minutes until browned on one side; turn and brush liberally with sauce. Repeat on other side. Grill for a few more minutes, turning and brushing with sauce. Discard any leftover sauce. Serve chops immediately. Yield: Four servings. |
