Low Carb Pecan Caramel Bites

INGREDIENTS |
- pecan halves
-
non-stick cooking spray
-
3 tbsps. unsalted butter
-
½ cup low carb sweeter
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Preheat oven to 375°. Place pecan halves on a cookie sheet and toast them in the oven for around five minutes. Take them out and set aside. Then take a nonstick sauce pan and add butter and low carb sweeter, stirring over medium heat until the mixture begins to darken and thicken. Make sure to stir well. Add in pecan halves and stir easily until coated in a non-stick sprayed mini muffin tin. Let cool and enjoy! |
