Cakes and Pies - Coconut Cake



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 box white or coconut cake mix
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 bag frozen coconut

INSTRUCTIONS
Bake cake according to directions on box. Mix Cool Whip, sour cream, sugar, and coconut together. Slice layers into the cake and put frosting between the layers. Spread remaining icing over the top of the cake.
