Salads - Green Bean Salad



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cans short-cut green beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 small can pimentos
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients above except sugar and vinegar. Use liquid from beans to combine sugar and vinegar. Pour this liquid over bean mixture. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Drain and serve.
