Squash Dressing

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 tablespoon butter

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cups yellow squash, cooked and mashed

2 cups crumbled cornbread
-
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup

1 egg, beaten
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
-
Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS |
Melt butter and sauté onion. Mix together with all ingredients. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until brown. |
