Main Dish -
Sweet and Saucy Meatballs

| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 pound ground beef
-
1 egg
-
½ cup quick cooking oats
-
1½ cups water
-
1¼ cups ketchup
-
¾ cup sugar
|
| INSTRUCTIONS |
| In a bowl, combine beef and egg. Sprinkle in oats and mix well. Shape into balls. Place in a lightly greased baking dish. Combine water, ketchup, and sugar. Pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350ยบ for 40-50 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. |
