Frozen Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 packages graham crackers, crushed

6 tablespoons sugar

½ cup butter

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

4 eggs
-
1 cup cream
-
1 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix together graham crackers, 6 tablespoons sugar, and butter. Press into a 9-x-13-inch pan and bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Cool. Mix together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Add 4 well-beaten eggs and mix. Whip cream, and add vanilla; fold into the cream cheese mixture. Pour on top of the cooled crust and freeze. Take out about 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Top with your favorite pie filling. |
