Veggie Bars

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 cans Crescent rolls

15 ounces cream cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing

1 cup chopped broccoli
-
1 cup diced ripe tomatoes

1 cup chopped green
-
pepper
-
1 cup finely shredded
-
carrots
-
1 cup chopped cauliflower
-
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS |
Spread Crescent rolls on cookie sheet. Pinch edges together to form one sheet. Bake at 350ยบ for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool completely. Thoroughly mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing and spread on cooled crust. Layer vegetables. Top with shredded cheese. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve. This can be made the day before serving. |
