Reese’s Peanut Butter Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup sweetened cocoa

1/2 cup oil
-
1 cup water

Reese’s Miniature Peanut Butter Cups
-
Icing:
-
1 (16 ounce) bag confectioners sugar
-
1 tablespoon vanilla
-
1 cup peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix first 7 ingredients. Place in cupcake holders. Bake at 300º for 20-30 minutes, let cool. Make a small hole in middle of each cupcake, and place a Reese’s Miniature Peanut Butter Cup. Icing: Beat ingredients together on high until well blended. After frosting, top cupcakes with chopped Reese’s cups. |
