INGREDIENTS |
- 8 ounces cream cheese

1 stick butter

2 cups sifted plain flour

1 tablespoon sugar

Apricot preserves

INSTRUCTIONS |
Allow cream cheese and butter to soften. Combine ingredients; work until mixed and easy to handle. Pinch off walnut-size lumps, work into a circle, and press into ungreased small muffin tins. Fill each shell 3/4 full with apricot preserves (preferably at room temperature). Bake at 350ยบ for 10-15 minutes. |
