Sauces and Marinades - 4-H Barbecue Sauce



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/3 cup cooking oil
  • 4 tablespoons Tabasco hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together ingredients, stirring well. Do not boil. This works well when grilling chicken or your favorite meat.
Note: Louisana hot sauce may be subsituted for Tabasco; reduce salt to 1 tablespoon.
