Desserts - Peanut Butter Stuffed Apples



INGREDIENTS
  • 6 cooking apples, washed and cored
  • 10 ginger snaps, crumbled
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ginger snap crumbs with peanut butter and stuff into center of apples. Boil sugar and water together for three minutes and pour over apples. Cover and bake at 350° until tender. Uncover and brown.
Yield: Six servings.
