Peanut Butter Stuffed Apples

INGREDIENTS |
- 6 cooking apples, washed and cored

10 ginger snaps, crumbled

¾ cup peanut butter
-
½ cup sugar
-
½ cup water
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix ginger snap crumbs with peanut butter and stuff into center of apples. Boil sugar and water together for three minutes and pour over apples. Cover and bake at 350° until tender. Uncover and brown. Yield: Six servings. |
