Beverages - Raspberry Hot Cocoa



INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups 2-percent milk
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
  • 6 ounces chopped semisweet chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until bubbles form around sides of pan (do not boil). Place raspberries, chocolate, and sugar in a blender; cover. Process, gradually adding hot milk in a steady stream. Strain; discard seeds. Serve warm.
