Breads, Rolls, and Muffins - Piña-Colada Zucchini Bread



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 11/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon each coconut, rum, and vanilla flavorings
  • 11/2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1/2 cup nuts

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients; pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until done.
