INGREDIENTS |
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs
-
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Vanilla wafers, crushed

1 can cherry pie filling

INSTRUCTIONS |
Cream the cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice and blend. Place equal amounts of vanilla wafer crumbs in paper-lined cupcake tins. Pour cream cheese filling into tins. Bake at 375ยบ for 20 minutes. Cool. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate. Yield: 18-20 tarts. |
