Grilled Lemon-Basil Fish

INGREDIENTS |
- 1/2 stick butter
-
4 fish fillets
-
1 lemon, sliced
-
New Orleans-style seasoning, to taste
-
Fresh basil leaves
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Coat a piece of aluminum foil with butter. Place pieces of fish on foil and top each with a lemon slice. Sprinkle with seasoning. Lay basil leaves on fish, then top with remaining butter. Fold alumium foil into a packet and grill until done. |
