Honey Pecan Chicken and Bacon

| INGREDIENTS |
- 4 chicken breasts

Bacon slices

1 box cornbread stuffing mix

1/4 cup butter or margarine
-
1 cup very hot water
-
1/2 cup chopped pecans
-
1/2 cup orange juice
-
Glaze:
-
1/4 cup honey
-
3 tablespoons orange juice

| INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine all ingredients, including stuffing seasoning. Place each chicken breast on 1 bacon slice. Spoon stuffing mixture on top. Wrap bacon around chicken and secure with a toothpick. Spread extra stuffing mix in pan.
Glaze:
Mix honey and orange juice to make glaze; pour over top. Cook uncovered at 375ยบ for 40 minutes. |
