INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (20-ounce) package Oreo cookies

½ cup butter or margarine

1 (16-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese

½ cup confectioner’s sugar

2 cups milk

1 (3½-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

INSTRUCTIONS |
Separate creme from cookies and crush cookies into bite-size pieces, reserving 1 cup for topping. Melt butter and mix with the rest of the cookies. Press into a 9-x-13-inch pan. Blend half of the whipped topping, all of the cream cheese, creme middles, and sugar. Spread over the cookie crumbs. Prepare pudding with milk according to directions; spread over cream cheese. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with reserved cookies. Keep refrigerated. |
