Breakfast Foods -
Granola Breakfast Bars

INGREDIENTS |
- 1/2 cups oats

1 cut nuts

1 cup raisins, chocolate chips, or mixture of both

1/2 cup coconut

2/3 cup melted butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup molasses
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS |
Preheat oven to 350º. Spread oats on cookie sheet and bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Mix all ingredients, including oats, until coated. Grease a cookie sheet. Spread and pat mixture into pan. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Cool completely and cut into bars. (I use a pizza cutter). Store in a plastic bag or container. |
