Sandwiches - Hawaiian Ham Sandwiches



INGREDIENTS
  • 4 slices whole-grain wheat bread
  • 1/4 cup shredded 2% milk Colby-Jack cheese
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 4 thin slices low-sodium deli ham (about 3 ounces)
  • 2 thin slices fresh pineapple or canned pineapple slices, drained
  • 2 red onion slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard

INSTRUCTIONS
Toast the bread slices. Top each hot bread slice with one tablespoon cheese.
Divide lettuce, ham, pineapple, and onion between 2 bread slices. Top each with 1/4 teaspoon mustard and remaining bread slices.
