Meats & Seafood - Barbecued Meatballs



INGREDIENTS
  • Meatballs:
  • 1 pound hamburger meat
  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Seasoned salt to taste
  • Milk as needed
  • Sauce:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix meatball ingredients together. Form into balls and place in a greased casserole or baking dish. Mix together sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 11/2 hours.
