Barbecue Burgers

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 pounds ground beef

1/2 cup milk
-
1/2 cup bread crumbs
-
1 teaspoon mustard
-
1 teaspoon hamburger
-
Grill Mates seasoning
-
Salt and pepper to taste

1 onion, chopped, divided
-
1 thinly sliced banana pepper
-
Barbecue sauce

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine beef, milk, bread crumbs, mustard, seasonings, and 1/2 of onion; mix well. Form meat into 1-inch round patties. Cut enough heavy-duty aluminum foil to make a seal pack for all patties. Lay patties on foil. Place remaining onion and peppers on patties; pour barbecue sauce over all. Seal the foil pack and place on heated grill. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until done, turning once halfway through cooking. |
