Barbecue Chops

INGREDIENTS |
- 6 to 8 pork chops

Enough zesty Italian dressing to cover chops

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
-
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
-
Barbecue sauc

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix dressing with seasonings. Marinate chops in mixture for a couple of hours. Place on grill and cook for approximately 10 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Drench chops in your favorite barbecue sauce, wrap each in aluminum foil, and let them sit on grill for 10 more minutes (not under direct heat.) |
