INGREDIENTS |
- 2 ounces lowfat cream cheese

1 tablespoon tomato salsa

3 or 4 multi-grain pita bread pockets

1 avocado, sliced

Lime or lemon juice

Chicken or turkey, sliced thin

3 plum tomatoes, sliced thin

1 seedless cucumber, sliced thin

Lettuce, sliced thin
-
6 radishes, sliced thin (optional)

Salt and pepper, if desired

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix the cream cheese and salsa; spread on inside of pitas. Peel and slice the avocado; squeeze lime or lemon juice over slices to prevent darkening. Assemble the chicken or turkey, the avocado, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, and radish slices, if desired, inside the pita pockets. |
