The Hulk Shake

INGREDIENTS |
- • 2 large avocados

• 13/4 cups whole milk

• 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

• 2 large scoops vanilla bean or homestyle vanilla ice cream

• Whipped cream, shaved dark chocolate, and chopped mint for garnish

The ‘No Bulk’ Hulk Shake
-
• 2 cups skim milk
-
• 2 scoops vanilla lowfat frozen yogurt
-
• 2 tablespoons Splenda (or to taste)

• 2 large avocados
-
• Lowfat whipped topping

INSTRUCTIONS |
Scoop flesh out of avocados. Blend with remaining ingredients and pour into tall glasses. Garnish with whipped cream, shaved dark chocolate, and chopped mint, if desired. For a lower-fat version, try the “No Bulk” Hulk Shake. Scoop flesh out of avocados and blend with remaining ingredients. Garnish with lowfat whipped topping. Yield: Two to four servings |
