Desserts - Fudgy Peanut Butter Buttons



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat. Add cocoa and mix well. Stir in sugar. Add milk and stir until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix well.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Shape into one-inch patties and flatten tops.

Yield: 1 1/2 dozen.
