Hummingbird Cake

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 box yellow cake mix

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 1/2 cups mashed bananas

1 cup crushed pineapple

1 1/2 cups chopped nuts

1/2 cup raisins
-
1 dozen maraschino cherry halves

2/3 cup oil
-
3 eggs, slightly beaten

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix all ingredients together and beat with a mixer at low speed until blended. Bake in a well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan at 350° for one hour. Cool for 20 minutes before removing from the pan; cool completely before serving. Garnish with cherry halves, banana slices, and pineapple chunks. |
