Breads, Rolls, and Muffins - Pear Bread



INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups grated pears

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Combine both mixtures with a wooden spoon; stir until just mixed. Spoon into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325ยบ for one hour.
