Pistachio Bread

| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 box yellow cake mix
-
1 package instant pistachio pudding
-
1 cup sour cream
-
1/2 cup canola oil
-
1/4 cup sugar
-
1/4 cup water
-
4 eggs

| INSTRUCTIONS |
Preheat oven to 350º. Coat two 9-x-5-inch loaf pans with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients; pour half the mixture into each loaf pan. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean. Turn out on rack to cool.
Optional: When loaves are cool, dust with confectioner’s sugar. |
