Barbecued Meatballs

INGREDIENTS |
- 3 pounds ground beef
-
1 can evaporated milk
-
2 cups quick oats
-
2 eggs
-
1 cup chopped onions
-
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
2 teaspoons salt
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-
2 teaspoons chili seasoning
-
Sauce:
-
2 cups ketchup
-
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
-
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/2 cup chopped onion

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix meatball ingredients together and shape into two-inch balls. No more than two layers thick, Place in loaf pan or baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients and heat to boiling. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350° for one hour or until done. |
