Crock-Pot® Turkey Breast with Cranberry Dressing

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (8-ounce) package stuffing cubes

1/2 cup hot water

2 tablespoons butter, softened

1 small onion, chopped

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries

1 (3-pound) boneless turkey breast

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS |
Coat a 31/2-quart slow cooker with nonstick vegetable spray. Place stuffing cubes in cooker and add water, butter, onion, celery, and cranberries; mix well. Sprinkle turkey breast with basil, salt, and pepper. Place turkey over stuffing mixture. Cover and cook on low setting for six to seven hours. Remove turkey to a cutting board and slice. Stir the stuffing until thoroughly mixed and allow to sit for five minutes. Spoon onto platter and top with sliced turkey. |
