Almond Turkey Bake

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

1 tablespoon flour

1 cup sliced toasted almonds, divided

3 cups chopped cooked turkey

1 1/2 cups chopped celery

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup mayonnaise
-
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon pepper
-
2 (9-inch) pie crusts

INSTRUCTIONS |
Toss cheese in flour. Combine 3/4 cup cheese mixture with 1/2 cup almonds along with the other ingredients. Pour into pie crusts. Top each pie with remainin cheese and almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 400° for 30-35 minutes. Garnish with lemon twists. |
