Caramel-Coconut Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 cups sugar

6 eggs
-
3 quarts milk
-
4 small packages coconut caramel candy
-
2 small cans evaporated milk
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Beat eggs. Add milk and sugar. Cook over medium heat until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat. Add caramels. When candy melts, add evaporated milk and freeze. |
