Fruits and Vegetables - Pinto Bean Patties



INGREDIENTS
  • Leftover pinto beans
  • Flour
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil or nonstick spray

INSTRUCTIONS
Mash leftover pinto beans (best when they have been refrigerated). Add flour as needed to form a pattie. Add pepper as desired. Fry in oil or cooking spray in a skillet just as you would a hamburger patty.
