Meats & Seafood - Grilled Orange Roughy



INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 pound butter or margarine, melted
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Orange roughy fillets
  • Garlic powder
  • Cajun seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix butter and lemon juice. Baste fish with mixture, then grill over medium heat for 15 minutes or until fish flakes. As the fish cooks, sprinkle once with garlic powder and Cajun seasoning and baste frequently with butter-lemon mixture.
