Fruits and Vegetables -
Grilled Fruit Kabobs

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (16-ounce) can chunk pineapple, drained, (reserve juice)

1 cup lemon juice

4 bananas
-
4 kiwis
-
4 peaches
-
4 apples
-
4 mangoes
-
1 pound grapes
-
1 pound strawberries

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix reserved pineapple juice and lemon juice in a bowl. Cut bananas, kiwis, peaches, apples, and mangoes in chunks. Alternate fruit on metal or wooden skewers. Place kabobs in a deep dish and pour juice over the top; allow fruit to sit for one hour. Remove kabobs from juice and place on grill. Grill for 11/2 to 2 minutes on each side. |
