Recipe of the Month Rice and Pasta - Fettucine with Peppered Garlic Sauce

  • 1 pound fettucine noodles
  • 4-6 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook garlic in olive oil over medium heat until garlic turns a pale gold color. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Drain pasta; pour into serving bowl. Pour garlic sauce over pasta and toss until well coated. Serve warm, with fresh parsley for garnish.
