Breads, Rolls, and Muffins - Corndog Muffins



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 packages corn muffin mix
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 hot dogs, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine muffin mix and brown sugar. Add eggs and milk; stir until moistened. Stir in hot dogs. Fill greased muffin pans. Bake at 400° for 14-18 minutes.
Yield: 11/2 dozen.
