Cheeseburger Pie

| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 cup Bisquick mix

¼ cup cold water
-
1 pound ground beef

½ cup chopped onion

½ teaspoon salt
-
¼ teaspoon pepper
-
2 tablespoons Bisquick mix
-
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
-
2 eggs
-
1 cup cottage cheese
-
2 medium slicing tomatoes
-
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

| INSTRUCTIONS |
Heat oven to 375°. Mix 1 cup Bisquick with the cold water until a soft dough forms. Smooth dough on floured surface and knead five times. Roll out to fit bottom and sides of 9-x-13-inch casserole dish.
Brown ground beef and onion until done. Drain and return to skillet. Stir in salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons Bisquick, and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon mixture into crust. In a small bowl, mix eggs and cottage cheese; pour over beef. Arrange tomato slices on top of egg mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until set. |
