Salads -
BLT Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS |
- 8 cups lettuce

3 to 6 hard-boiled eggs, diced

Fresh green onions, chopped, (to taste)

3 cups diced, grilled chicken breast fillets

Sliced tomatoes (to taste)

10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Shredded Cheddar cheese
-
Dressing:
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
¼ cup barbecue sauce
-
2 tablespoons grated onion

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix first five ingredients together. Top with bacon and cheese. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad; serve immediately.
