INGREDIENTS |
- 2 pounds tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium cucumber, peeled and seeds removed

2 cups sweet pepper, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup red wine vinegar

½ cup tomato juice

Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with chips.
