Fruited Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (5-ounce) can chunk white chicken or turkey, drained

1½ cups cut-up mixed fruit (strawberries, peaches, nectarines, etc.)

1/3 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
-
1½ teaspoons orange juice
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken and fruit; arrange on a lettuce-lined plate. Mix yogurt and orange juice and drizzle over chicken mixture. Garnish salad with slices of cantaloupe, if desired. Yield: 1½ cups
