Meats & Seafood - Trout Bake



INGREDIENTS
  • 4 trout filets, halved
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup oat bran
  • 4 tablespoons cholesterol-free margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds

INSTRUCTIONS
Soak trout in milk for an hour before cooking; drain.
Combine oat bran and melted margarine in a bowl. Dredge trout pieces in oat bran mixture and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle almonds over filets. Bake uncovered at 350ยบ for 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Yield: Eight servings.
