Appetizers - Artichoke Crab Dip



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 1/2 cups (10 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (7-ounce) can crab meat, drained, or 8 ounces imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, crab meat, artichokes, and pepper sauce. Spoon into a 4-cup baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with parsley. Serve warm with crackers or fresh vegetables.
