Meats & Seafood - Spinach Burgers



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 hamburger buns
  • Leaf lettuce
  • Tomato slices

INSTRUCTIONS
Drain spinach well by pressing between layers of paper towels. Combine spinach and next seven ingredients. Shape mixture into eight patties and cook in large skillet over medium high heat for five minutes on
