Meats & Seafood - Italian Meat Loaves



INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped or minced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • Dash pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, combine cracker crumbs and milk and let stand for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Shape mixture into six individual loaves and place in a 7-x-11-inch baking pan. Top with tomato ketchup and additional cheese. Bake at 350ยบ about 45 minutes.
