Desserts - Ice Cream Muffins



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup ice cream, any flavor, softened
  • 1 cup self-rising flour

INSTRUCTIONS
Sift flour; add to ice cream, blending until the consistency of a thick milkshake. Fill greased muffin tins three-fourths full. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until centers are done.
Note: The richer the ice cream, the better the muffins.
