Meats & Seafood - Steamed Shrimp

  • 1 pound large shrimp with shells
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon shrimp/crab boil seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat grill for five minutes. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on grill. Combine vinegar and water; pour over shrimp. Sprinkle with seasoning and salt. Close lid and cook three to five minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
The cook says: This is a great way to make steamed shrimp! They are also good when beer is substituted for vinegar and water mixture.
